Application are now CLOSED for Cumnock Rugby Performance Academy. This is a Strength, Conditioning and Skill Acquisition Programme for U15 - U18 Boys & Girls Rugby which will be predominately gym based.

Sessions will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1600 - 1730 commencing Tues 1st October. As these are training nights players should bring some food and/or homework/study materials that they can use in the clubhouse before heading to training.

The programme focuses on the physical preparation of players for their respective levels of Rugby but also begins the journey for Rugby beyond U18 level.

Sessions commence October 2024 and run until the last full week of April 2025 (sessions will not run during school holidays).
